What we collect
To run the assessment we collect your email address, the role you select, and your answers. If you certify, we also process payment through our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
What is public and what is not
A certified grade is public by design: your name, band, skill profile, and issue date appear on The Vanguard so employers can verify them. Your email, your individual answers, and your free-check results are private. We do not sell your data or list free-check results publicly.
Your answers and AI grading
Free-response scenarios are graded by an AI examiner applying human-written rubrics. Your responses are used to grade you and to improve the fairness of the standard; they are not attached to your public listing.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct your details, remove a certified listing from The Vanguard, or delete your account and associated data. Removing a listing withdraws your public credential. Email chris@chriswallace.net and we will action it.
