Terms of Service

Using Emeri
Emeri assesses how you work with AI and issues a grade against a published standard. By taking the free check or a certification, you agree to these terms. You must give your own answers and take the assessment yourself — a grade only means something if it is honestly earned.
Your grade and your credential
Your free-check result is yours to keep and share. A certified grade is published on The Vanguard, our public registry, and comes with a verifiable badge. You are responsible for how you represent your grade; misrepresenting it — claiming a band you were not awarded — is grounds for removal from the registry.
Integrity
Each paid certification is a single attempt. Attempting to game the assessment — sharing questions, using another person to sit it, or automating answers — voids the result and may lead to a revoked credential without a refund.
Changes and availability
Emeri is an evolving standard. We may refine the assessment, the competencies, and this site over time. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we make a material change to these terms, we will note it here with a new date.
