For Teams
Build a clearer view of AI capability, one person at a time.
Organizations need to know where their teams stand on AI proficiency and where to invest in development. Emeri provides individual assessment and credential verification now. We are speaking with organizations about what a future team program should provide.
What you can do today
The current Emeri product certifies individuals and verifies individual credentials. Organizations can use these capabilities immediately without a pilot or special arrangement:
- Individual assessments: Team members take the free check or paid certification independently. Each person receives their own grade, percentile, and six-competency profile.
- Credential verification: Request Emeri verification links from candidates or employees the same way you request any credential. Open the link and see their grade, percentile, competency profile, and examiner feedback — no account required. See the For Employers page for details.
- Public registry: The Vanguard lists certified professionals who have opted in, filterable by role and band.
- Hiring and screening: Include an Emeri credential in job postings or request it during hiring, the same way you might request other certifications or portfolio work.
What Emeri does not yet provide
The following capabilities are not available in the current product. They describe needs we are willing to explore with pilot partners, not features you can buy today:
- Aggregate reporting: Team-wide grade distributions, average scores by department, and competency heatmaps showing organizational strengths and gaps.
- Bulk administration: Centralized seat purchasing, invitation management, and tracking for large groups.
- Benchmarking analytics: Compare your organization’s results to industry peers, role-specific norms, or custom cohorts.
- Departmental segmentation: Filter and analyze results by team, location, or custom groups within your organization.
- Progress tracking: Measure improvement over time as individuals retake the assessment after training.
Why assess your team
Self-reported proficiency and course completion rates tell you who showed up, not who can do the work. An evidence-based assessment reveals:
- Where participating individuals are strong and where their own capability gaps exist.
- Which individuals are ready to lead AI adoption and which need foundational support.
- Whether repeated individual assessments show change after training, when participants choose to share those results.
- How each shared result relates to a published proficiency standard — not an industry peer benchmark, which Emeri does not currently publish.
Discuss a team pilot
Email support@emeri.org with “Team assessment pilot” in the subject line. Include your organization name, team size, and what you need to learn. A person — not a bot — will respond to discuss whether a useful pilot is possible with the product as it exists today. Aggregate reporting, bulk administration, and organizational benchmarking are not currently available.
If you only need individual assessments and credential verification, no pilot is required. Team members can start with the free check today.
