The 14-day window
If you have paid for a certification but have not started the exam, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Once you have started
The moment you begin the certification exam, the fee is earned. Grading a certification — fresh questions plus AI-examined scenarios — is the service you paid for, and it happens whether the grade is high or low. For that reason, a started exam is not refundable, and a grade you are unhappy with is not grounds for a refund.
Refunds on issued certifications
If a certification has already been issued, requesting a refund flags it for review. Because a live credential carries public weight, an approved refund on an issued certification means the credential may be revoked, and its verification page will then show it as revoked.
Skill packs
You can request a full refund for a skill pack or for all-access within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, whether or not you have downloaded it. A refund ends access to what it paid for. A refunded pack leaves your library. A refunded all-access purchase ends access to the packs you did not buy separately. Packs included with a certification stay for as long as that certification payment stands.
